My client is a top city firm who are consistently ranked in the legal 500 as leaders in their field. They are currently seeking a Construction Solicitor to join a thriving construction team who are known for the level of work they undertake.
As a highly regarded and respected law firm my client is recognised as a leading player within the legal services market.
They provide their clients with unique solutions in all aspects of construction law including standard form and bespoke building contracts, sub-contracts, consultant appointments, drafting and negotiating the suite of construction documents in relation to development schemes, collateral warranties, third party rights schedules, assignments, novation agreements as well as advising on legal issues arising out of the construction process, including delays and extensions of time, loss and expense claims, liquidated damages, and defective work.
As a successful candidate you will have:
*Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent.
*Some non-contentious construction experience gained within a quality environment likely but not exclusively to be within a large or mid-tier firm.
*Clear understanding of the operation and structure of a Top 20 law firm.
*Strong commercial awareness.
*Excellent organisation skills.
*Proven team working abilities.
There are excellent prospects for progression within this role and within the firm as a whole.
