OUR CLIENT
A well established and fast growing financial services business seeks to appoint a Corporate Lawyer c 5 - 10 PQE with a corporate and regulatory background to join a well established in house legal team.
THE ROLE
The post holder will be expected to support the business on both legal and commercial matters as follows; corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, data protection and FCA matters.
Other work will include providing advice on, negotiating and preparing documentation mainly relating to commercial contracts, training, litigation and risk management.
THE CANDIDATE
For this exceptional role, applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong corporate background, excellent technical skills and ideally a background within the financial services sector would be ideally suited.
