Based close to Basildon in Essex my client is the family office of an ultra high net worth UK family.
The family has many investments including property, manufacturing & technology.
The CFO has asked us to assist with the appointment of a Group Finance Controller.
This is an important role and the incumbent will work alongside the CFO on a range of reporting duties and investment opportunities.
The group FC will also oversee a finance department of six people.
While the position is based in Basildon there may be one day a week required in their central London office also.
We welcome applications from qualified accountants, who live close to or within an easy commute of Basildon and who have strong technical accounting skills and a can do approach.
In addition to a basic salary of £120k there is also a performance bonus which pays at least 10%
