An incredible opportunity has come up with a highly regarded company in brand, media, digital, and communications services. Operating worldwide and continually expanding, the company is looking for a Commercial lawyer to support the business.
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, this position is newly created due to volume of work which is reflective of the aggressive growth of the business. The environment is fast paced with a great collaborative approach to work within the legal team.
This is a very hands-on role where you will assist with all aspects of legal work. Your role will have a focus on commercial, IP and IT law and you must have strong experience in these areas.
Given the level of involvement in business and client management, you must be commercially-minded with the ability to work cross-culturally. As a highly visible role, it demands confidence, character, and excellent communication skills. You will ideally have 1-2 years PQE, a strong private practice background and excellent drafting skills.
