JOB TITLE: Residential Development Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-8

THE ROLE:
The successful Residential Development Solicitor will join a top 50 UK firm, becoming an integral part of a vibrant and dynamic real estate team. You will be responsible for a varied and challenging caseload, including handling land acquisitions and disposals, overage agreements, golden brick agreements and a full range of security papers. You will gain excellent exposure to the full cradle-to-grave development process; from the pre-planning stage to site build out and disposal. The role further requires a passion for business development, ability to work closely with Partners, and motivation to promote the firm's image in and out of work. You will have the opportunity to work for a diverse range of clients, ranging from local authorities to private corporations.
THE CANDIDATE:
As a talented newly qualified Residential Development Solicitor, you will have gained experience of property Law within your training contract. You will be motivated to excel within a Legal 500 international firm who are renowned for their pragmatic, efficient and innovative handling of real estate matters globally. You will possess a strong academic record, and a keenness and flair for business development. Displaying excellent interpersonal and case management skills, you will be confident liaising with high value clients and Partners. Whilst prior private practice property experience would be highly beneficial, it is not a necessity for this role.
