Responsibilities of your new role
Working alongside an experienced Partner, you will be joining an award-winning corporate group, recognised as one of the most active teams in the UK. Your core duties as Corporate Solicitor will include:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Disposals
- Private equity transactions
- Due diligence
- Joint ventures
- Shareholder arrangements
- Reorganisations
- Corporate structures
- Governance
You will be acting for an enviable international client list from start-up businesses to major listed companies across a broad range of sectors.
Salary and benefits
