Interim Senior Legal Counsel - Cloud Technology

An international cloud services business based in central London in looking for an experienced technology lawyer to join on an interim basis for 3+ months commencing ASAP.

Supporting the Head of Legal you will be responsible for:

- negotiating, advising and drafting commercial contracts including:

• customer agreements
• partner agreements
• vendor agreements
• NDAs
• software licencing agreements
• marketing agreements- stakeholder management across the EMEA region

- advising on general legal matters such as relevant competition and regulatory issues

You will be 5+ years PQE, previous SaaS experience is essential. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, have exceptional contract drafting skills and be able to work effectively in a team based environment.
