Interim Finance Director

My client, a successful and growing SME offering business to business services in the South of Yorkshire, is now in need of an experienced Interim Finance Director to assist in the restructure and growth of a 'fit for business' finance department.

Requirments for the role:

• 5 years plus experience post qualification and a track record of successful outcomes within a PE backed business.
• Experience of producing consolidated accounts, strong financial modelling skills and an eye for detail when preparing accounts and weekly trend data.
• Excellent communication skills (at all levels), empathy, enthusiasm, flexibility and sense of humour.
• Organised and systematic with excellent presentation skills both verbally and in writing
• A completer finisher with patience and a skill in winning confidence and coaching people at all levels.
• Excellent IT skills with the ability of manage IT change, transfer of data and create meaningful and creative reporting to meet the needs of all users.
• Strong work ethic with energy and ambition.

Candidates must be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA

Initially this will be a 3 month contract which, depending on circumstances, may be extended.
