Corporate Lawyer
The Dubai practice of a highly regarded transatlantic firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The Corporate Lawyer will gain exposure to working across multiple jurisdictions, advising a variety of high-profile clients, including:
- Industry leading companies
- Boards of directors
- Private Equity funds
- Special committees
- Financial Advisors
- Other transaction parities
This role offers a great platform for you to build a practice and develop your expertise within the modern, fast-paced city that is Dubai.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer with 1-4 years' PQE at a highly regarded firm
- Experience at a law firm recognised for its Corporate Practice, specifically Private Equity
- Experience advising high profile clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, as well as UK public takeovers (highly advantageous)
- Client facing experience with the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs
Salary and Contract
- Market leading salary - £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
- Relocate to Dubai
