An excellent opportunity has surfaced for a senior Employment Solicitor to join a busy Guildford based team. The firm is one of the largest teams of lawyers in the South outside of London. Clients range from multinational FTSE 100 companies and SMEs to owner managed businesses.
The Role
The Employment Solicitor will advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:
- Corporate acquisitions and disposals
- Restructurings
- Reorganisations
- Large-scale redundancies
You will also deal with a variety of Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer
- 5-8 years' PQE
- Strong Employment law background gained at a reputable firm
- Thorough experience in the matters listed above
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
