Financial Regulation Lawyer

A top tier US law firm is looking for a junior-mid level Financial Regulation Lawyer to join their team in Central London. 

The Role

The Financial Regulation Lawyer will join a team which advises major banking organisation and investors on a wide range of regulatory matters on both federal and state banking. Working alongside the Global Head of Funds and other well-rounded Partners, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of non-contentious financial regulation matters
• Advise a high-profile client base of large regional, foreign and community financial services companies and investors as well as private and registered funds
• Growing your own network of clients whilst developing your knowledge and expertise

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer (1-4 years' PQE)
• Demonstrable experience at a leading firm recognised for its Financial Regulation practice
• Experience with banking acquisitions, the establishment of novo banks, the Volcker Rule, structuring non-controlling investments and state licensing requirements
• First class client facing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary, Contract and Benefits

• £115,000 - £130,000 per annum
• Permanent, full time contract
