This is an excellent opportunity for a technically astute and ambitious lawyer who is looking to develop their career with a reputable firm.

As a Real Estate Associate based in Sheffield you will be working as part of the firm's leading Real Estate team. In this role you will get the chance to experience a huge variety of different Real Estate transactions, advising on all aspects of real estate including major acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development, property finance and more. This generally is across a number of sectors including retail, manufacturing, industrial and so will be a great opportunity to gain a wide variety of experience. The firm works with clients that are second to none and have a really modern approach to working, embracing laptops that will allow you to log on from anywhere to allow you to work more flexibly and home working too.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organisation skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. It is essential that candidates have the ability and drive to meet deadlines and the ambition and commitment to successfully manage client relationships and business development. Our client has specified that candidates should have between NQ-6 years' PQE to be applicable for this role, and has also advised that relevant experience dealing with corporate and offshore transactions will be an advantage in this role, however the firm is also happy to consider those coming from smaller practices and provide excellent support and training.
