A leading Thames Valley Legal 500 firm are seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join them at their Reading office.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful Commercial Lawyer will advise clients on a range of commercial issues to include:

• Drafting and negotiating high value, complex contracts
• Procurement contracts
• Agency and distribution agreements
• General terms and conditions
• Data protection
• IP
• Commercial due diligence

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer
• 5 + years' experience in Commercial law
• Experience of tenders and supply chain is highly advantageous
• Strong academics
• Commercially minded
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to build and maintain lasting client relationships

Salary and Contract

• Negotiable salary
• Permanent, full time contract
