The role will require the candidate with a minimum of 6 years' PQE to assist with caseloads, including; mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice and shareholder issues, and corporate reorganisations and restructuring.
 
The candidate will be expected to develop effective, long-term relationships with their clients, and have a strong interest in progressing their career as a Corporate and M&A Solicitor.
 
You must have strong dedication to client care, excellent time management skills and fine attention to detail. You will, of course, be rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
