A leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm based in the South East is seeking a Property Litigation Lawyer to join their team. This law firm encompasses multiple practice areas, offering its services to clients across London and the South East as well as internationally.
The Role
The Property Litigation Lawyer will join a high performing property dispute resolution team. You will take on a varied and high value caseload, consisting of the following commercial disputes:
- Landlord and tenant
- Property contracts
- Property insolvency
- Construction disputes
You will also deal with residential landlord and tenant work, including enfranchisement.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Litigation Lawyer
- Ideally 6 years' PQE
- Experience across a broad range of contentious property work including the matters listed above
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
