A leading UK firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join their busy team in London.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful Solicitor or Associate will work in this thriving Employment department, working on a varied caseload alongside partners and other team members.
The role will include:
- Dealing with employment tribunal claims
- Providing support in corporate transactions
- Assisting with post termination restriction matters
- Assisting employers in disciplinary matters as well as restructuring and redundancies
- Drafting employment contracts
- Assisting with business development including training and seminars
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer
- 2+ years' PQE
- Strong academic and professional background
- Ideally have experience / training at a Top 50 or City law firm
- Excellent client handling skills
- Able to work well as part of team
Salary and Contract
- Negotiable salary
- Permanent, full time basis
