Legal Counsel-General Commercial-Abu Dhabi (1 year contract)

Our client is an investment fund with extensive interests in the manufacturing sector.

They are interested in hiring a Legal Counsel to support their businesses that they invest into. The position will initially start as a 1 year contract and will cover a wide range of business issues including procurement and supply, NDAs and service contracts.

Applicants should have Middle East experience and be qualified in the UK, US, Australian or New Zealand qualified and have at least 5 years' PQE. We are particularly interested in seeing applications from manufacturing, IT/IP and the defence sector.
