Marks Sattin are partnered exclusively with a services business in search for a Financial Controller to join a growing team based in Slough. This is an opportunity to join a fast paced, progressive multi-industry organisation with 30% growth YOY, whilst reporting directly into the Finance Director.

This is a key hire for the future of finance within the business due to the previous and forecasted growth. As a result of this, the organisation are looking at hiring new staff, growing their facilities and developing within the organisation.

Responsibilities;

• Summarising all key financial data, highlighting changes, risks and developments within the business and proposing corrective measures and actions to drive value creation in a fast growing business environment.
• Supervision of 1 Qualified Accountant, supporting their career plans and managing workload & performance.
• Partners with a number of senior management to deliver sales targets, gross profit, and driving the business to deliver improved value creation.
• Provide cross-over support including standard costing and material and inventory management.
• Strategic initiatives and projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function.
• Provision of Key performance Indicators and commentary to senior management.

Profile;

• 3 years + PQE Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• SAP experience with advanced Excel capabilities.
• 2:1 and above Degree.
• Business Partnering background with a proven track record .
• Ideally with Manufacturing, Services, Pharma & BioTech industries.
