Business Immigration Solicitor.
Our client is a Legal 500 firm based in Berkshire who is seeking Solicitors with 3 years of PQE to join there expanding Employment and Business Immigration teams. They are offering work which will involve dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment issues acting for some claimant but mostly respondent clients.
They also provide day to day advice on disciplinary and grievances, managing sickness absence, TUPE transfers and conducting redundancy programmes.
As Business Immigration Solicitor you must present with experience in handling business visas for clients would be an advantage. These include:
Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5, sponsorship licences, dependants, visas and dealing with UKV1 audits.
Ideal candidates will have previously worked at, or completed their training contracts with, a City practice and hold excellent academic qualifications. A seat in commercial contracts may also be beneficial.
