Contentious Probate Solicitor

Contentious Probate Solicitor required to join a highly regarded practice looking to expand their existing Private Client team in Sheffield. This firm has a national presence and are looking for someone who can join them to work closely with their established private client team.

You will be handling a broad base of contentious probate work which will include disputes relating to inheritance, challenges to executors and trustees, disputed wills, powers of attorney and mental capacity as well as a range of others. You must have a solid knowledge and understanding of contentious probate law.

The successful candidates will ideally have upwards of around 5+ years PQE in contentious probate experience. However, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
