A highly reputable organisation is looking for a highly competent commercial Legal Counsel to join their Berkshire team. The organisation itself is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index and is a market leader in its field.
The Role
- The in house counsel will join a bustling and collaborative legal team whose staff span the country.
- You will be dealing with commercial contracts and litigation in the Telecoms space, working alongside the specialist senior solicitor.
- This role will allow you develop your expertise, as well as offering excellent career prospects.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer
- 3 - 5 years' PQE
- Telecoms experience gained in-house or in private practice
- Experience in the drafting review and negotiation of commercial contracts, particularly B2B
- Data protection and Competition Law experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
