Interim Company Secretary.
I am currently being instructed on various in-house financial services roles, in which my clients are seeking qualified Chartered Company Secretaries with financial services experience. The positions are London based.
In particular, they are looking for individuals who are available at short notice and have a broad-base of experience across subsidiary management and board support skills. The roles in question range from Assistant to Group Company Secretary and from 3-6 months' duration. Listed company experience will also be held in high regard.
