A top 100 London law firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join their award-winning team on an interim basis.

This represents a tremendous opportunity to learn and progress in a supportive and dynamic environment, and there is a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent for the right person.

The Role

The Real Estate Lawyer will join the department during a period of impressive growth, working closely with Partners at the top of their game. You will be likely be  dealing with clients including:

  • Major banks
  • Insurance companies
  • Domestic and foreign investors
  • Commercial mortgage services and special services
  • Other market leaders in all types of real estate financings

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2:1 Law Degree (or equivalent)
  • NQ-6 years' PQE
  • Previous experience of finance law is essential
  • Previous real estate finance experience is advantageous
  • Outgoing, professional approach
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills

Salary and Contract

  • £90,000 - £140,000 per annum
  • Temporary contract
