CFO

An international PE backed Software business is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to grow the business, both organically and through a planned period of M&A, resulting in a successful exit.

Working closely with the CEO and PE backers you will be a key member of the management team with substantial influence on their overall strategic direction. The business is going through a fast-growth period and requires someone to professionalise all current system, processes, and controls to ensure they have the capacity to grow with the business. With excellent commercial instinct and communication skills you will develop crucial relationships with stakeholders and utilise your leadership skills to develop and inspire the finance team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably chartered, with a proven track record in growing businesses, ideally in the tech or software sector. Experience in businesses with recurring is particularly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly ambitious CFO to take a successful business through an exit.
