Funds Lawyer

A highly rated US firm are looking to further grow their London team with the onboarding of an ambitious Funds Lawyer. The firm self-run their London office and operate with a lot of autonomy from the US, where key decisions are heavily influenced by the lawyers in London.

Role Responsibilities

Upon joining the team, the Funds Lawyer will handle a range of work, including:

• Dealing with heavy weight buyout, debt and infrastructure funds 
• Liaising with clients such as sponsors, institutional investors and other market participants
• Advising on the formation, operation and restructuring of private funds

Sitting within a US law firm, the team do work hard but have excellent amount of flexibility and autonomy to get their job without unnecessary pressures.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer - between 2-4 years' PQE
• Experience within a highly rated funds team, focusing on private funds
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ambitious and looking for a position with long term prospects

Salary, Contract and Benefits

• £120,000 - £135,000 (some flexibility)
• Permanent, full time contract
