As a Legal Advisor, you will provide legal advice on all aspects of the business, including UAE financial services regulations. The successful candidate will also assist with corporate secrerial work and licensing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Key requirements:
- Must be 3-6 PQE
- Must be based in the Middle East (preferably Dubai)
- Must have experience working in a financial services organisation
- Must have experience dealing with investments and financial services regulations (DFM & ADX specifically)
- Must be fully bi-lingual (English & Arabic)
- Ideally have M&A experience
