Senior Associate (Commercial Litigation)

They hold numerous awards and are regularly seen within the top tiers of the Legal 500. They have over 25 offices spanning the breadth of the globe with a concrete vision for further expansion in the coming years.

The firm is seeking a commercial litigation associate to come in at a senior level and really "hit the ground running". They advise a wide variety of industry leading clients who need to resolve complex legal disputes by means of litigation or ADR.

The cases which will be entrusted to the right associate will involve a number of corporate disputes and general commercial disputes.

The work will include:

• Intellectual Property
• Professional Negligence
• Shareholder Disputes
• Information and Confidentiality
• Data
• Injunctions and Arbitrations

The team is specifically noted with their skills at trial not just governing part of the process but being confident in their ability to run high-value complex cases from 'cradle to grave'.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in commercial litigation and be preferably over 6+ PQE and offers real opportunity for professional development.

They must also be proficient in:

• Company Issues
• Litigation Processes
• Corporate Law
• Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Have demonstrated experience resolving large company disputes and relevant technical prowess

The salary is negotiable and dependant on the senior associate's experience.
