My client very much focuses on service over profits, success is built through people and trust, not targets. High quality caseload on offer and no following needed as plenty coming in. You can also work from home, giving you the chance to drop off/pick up the kids, get to that assembly, walk the dog or just get to see your partner!

You will have spent time at or currently be working with a national or regional law firm and be ready to take a leap of faith.
Market rate basic salary, bonus, holiday allowance, pension and all the tech kit you will need.
