This is something different in the Corporate/Commercial arena. Based within a thriving boutique in Edinburgh this is a broad role involving commercial contracts, M&A, private equity, Intellectual Property, corporate re-organisations and company start-ups and drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial contracts.
 
Building on your commercial and corporate experience you will join a team of bright and ambitious lawyers who all sought something slightly different - with strong leadership, a team ethos and an appreciation of one's life outside work and excellent remuneration this opportunity offers a true alternative.
