OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE: A reputable practice is keen recruit a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to head up the thriving team in South Wales and manage a full and varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters. The firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to drive the department into the next stage of growth. The role will be varied and will include undertaking your own caseload of files as well as dealing with the day to day responsibilities of managing a team. The corporate commercial team advises on joint ventures, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, MBO's and MBI's as well as other matters associated with corporate and commercial law. This opportunity offers a superb platform for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to take on the challenge of heading up a busy department.
CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR: The role of Head of Corporate / Commercial Solicitor requires a well versed Solicitor with a proven track record of advising on all types of corporate commercial matters. Working on a high quality caseload of corporate commercial matters, you will have experience of managing and supervising a team of individuals together with mentoring individuals to achieve their aspirations. The suitable Corporate / Commercial Solicitor will need to be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise advising high net worth clients on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, MBIs, MBO's and terms and conditions.
