The team are regularly instructed on high profile cases which cover a broad range of Healthcare matters such as Human Rights issues, domestic homicide inquiries and CQC inspections and enforcement. In turn, they represent a wealth of clients from household names to the NHS.
As a Healthcare Solicitor with this firm you will ideally have around 3+ years PQE and experience dealing with inquest advocacy. Further to that, you should be able to demonstrate some experience in:
- Coronial law
- Mental health law
- Mental Capacity Act
