Head of Corporate Governance - Private limited business

Stratford-Upon-Avon

Role:

- Implementation of the Corporate Governance Framework across the Group

- Creation and Implementation of a group Delegation of Authority

- Manage Committee meetings

- Advise on changes to regulation and how this will impact the business

- Oversee and manage the outsourced company secretarial function

- Contribute to insight on operational and strategic risks to the annual business planning process and other strategic business decisions

Profile

Head of Corporate Governance - Private limited business

Stratford-Upon-Avon

Essential:

- Have demonstrable experience of creating and implementing corporate governance frameworks

- Working history from within a corporate governance or company secretariat department

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

- Pragmatic approach to provide solutions to identified issues and supportive of innovation and adept at change management

- ICSA qualified (ideally)

- Knowledge of best practice operational risk management and governance frameworks, methodologies, and emerging practice
