Corporate Solicitor/Associate.
One of Scotland's well regarded Legal 500 firms is seeking a solicitor with broad corporate experience across M&A, private equity, restructuring, refinancing and commercial contracts, for their team in Aberdeen.
We are looking for a solicitor ideally with between 2-6 years' corporate experience, though a recently qualified solicitor with a traineeship focused towards corporate may be considered. It is anticipated that the successful individual will come from a National or International firm background, though individuals from boutique practices are encouraged to apply.
