A leading national insurance company are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor to join their team as In-House Legal Counsel on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role
- The In-House Counsel will be responsible for a varied caseload of litigated matters from commencement through to conclusion.
- The role will be focused on counter fraud and motor claims, so it is essential that you are an expert in this field.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Lawyer (5+ years' PQE)
- Extensive personal injury experience
- Confident handling litigated matters at all stages
- Experience of counter fraud and motor claims
- Technically excellent with demonstrable analytical skills
- In depth knowledge of the personal injury market, with emphasis on litigation and/or insurance law, fraud and regulatory matters
Salary and Contract
- £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
- 12-month fixed term contract
