This department has obtained one of the greatest reputations in the South East and built an excellent client base encompassing both old money and new money clients. Increasingly, the work has become more international and clients have considerable wealth with net worth's between £10m-£100m and some greater.

You will act for a number of owner managed business clients and will benefit from the firm's strong multi-office presence across the south of England.The firm would expect that the incoming partner will continue to build on already established relationships with the referrers and look to develop a team around them to capitalise on their growing position in the Hampshire market.

This is a very rare opportunity for someone to join an excellent national firm and develop an already strong practice in their own image.

A following would be useful but is not a pre-requisite, personality, technical skill set and vision are more highly prized.

This could also also be an opportunity for a strong senior associate with management ability to make the move up to partner level.
