Chief Financial Officer

Role - CFO     Location - Cheshire     Salary - £100,000 to £120,000 + substantial benefits

Frazer John Recruitment Finance practice is exclusively recruiting for a fast growing technology business based in Cheshire in their search for a CFO that will get heavily involved in the strategy and continued success of the organisation.

The CFO will need to be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a strong academic background. Experience of raising finance is a must and individuals with relationships with financial institutions and private equity houses will be considered favourably. A history of growing SME businesses both organically and through investment is also a necessity. Any exposure to working within a technology organisation would be preferable although not essential. Key duties for the role will involve:-

• Look to raise finance for the business and acquire the best deal possible
• Involvement in formulating the growth strategy for the organisation
• Build relationships with investors, financial institutions and senior management
• Provide commercial analysis when required
• Presentation of financial results and projections to the board
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Supervising the finance team and getting hands on with core accounts when required
• Ad-hoc project work
