Group Finance Director

Soon to relocate to its new purpose built office in Kingston on Thames, my client is a £75mt/o Property and Construction Group.

The group has enjoyed strong growth, both organic and by acquisition and a Group Finance Director is now required to take charge.

The incumbent will review the existing reporting, systems and processes and where required, implement the necessary changes to deliver a robust reporting framework, which will satisfy the needs of a business fast approaching a £100m turnover.

Key duties include

*Being a Finance partner to the CEO and board and deliver change where required

*Lead, motivate and develop a finance team of twelve.

* Consider appointment of new auditors

* Statutory accounting and returns

* Ensure delivery of accurate monthly management accounts

* Ensure accurate and meaningful cash flow and profit forecasts are delivered.

* Development of MIS to suit the needs of the business.

* Delivery of robust reporting framework

*Management of extensive property portfolio.

The role would suit an ACA with at least five years post qualification experience gained in commerce.

Property  and construction experience would be helpful but is not a pre -requisite.
