My client is a high growth business in the technology sector and is looking to add a talented Finance Director to their management group as they embark on the next phase of development.

Description

The Finance Director will be hands on and willing to be involved in the day to day challenges of running the accounting function of a developing business. In addition you'll be expected to support and advise the MD and commercial heads as they strive to continue the growth; whilst ensuring the necessary financial rigour and processes are in place to build a sustainable and robust organisation.

Profile

The preferred candidate will be ACA qualified with demonstrable experience at FD level in previous roles. Ideally, you will have worked in an high growth SME, or small divisional role, and therefore able to show you have been able to combine the hands-on requirements with the more strategic and tactical.

My client expects this to be suitable for someone looking for 3-4 days work per week. It can also be arranged to suit someone with school run commitments etc
