Exsurgo Finance have been retained exclusively to recruit a CFO for a growing fast-fashion brand.
This is the first CFO position this brand has ever had. In the past 18m they have enjoyed rapid growth with t/o of £24m. They have ambitious plans to grow to £100m.
There isn't a formal JD as such - this is the nature of their entrepreneurial spirit, not wanting to be limited by restrictions or conform to normal practices.
That said, the ideal candidate will be:
* Current FD or CFO working in a fast-fashion brand currently
* Non-corporate in nature or CV
* Successful in taking a growing business from its early stages to a larger, scalable & profitable brand
* Entrepreneurial spirit
* Strong understanding of B&M, logistics, marketing & sales
* Geographically flexible as this role will involve travel
