Working Capital Manager

Key responsibilities will include managing and mentoring a billings and collections team, supporting non UK offices and managing collections overseas, critically reviewing current working capital resources and implementing changes where necessary, working closely with the business to improve aged WIP and debt, preparing the annual income budget including charge rate increases, working closely with financial systems teams to improve billing practices, providing robust revenue control processes, providing regular reports to both the CFO and CEO.

The successful candidate will likely be a qualified finance professional (ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable working capital experience the emphasis being on collections. Applicants must have proven team leadership experience and an understanding of the underwriting sector would be advantageous. Proficiency across VAT / compliance and E billing is desirable.
