Cwm Taf University Health Board is at the heart of the community we serve, providing a wide range of integrated hospital and community based health care services to people in Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil.  We provide high quality, compassionate, equitable, safe care to all, employing around 8,000 people and with an annual budget of around £600 million.  Our services and facilities are some of the most innovative and high performing in the Welsh health system and include the ground-breaking Keir Hardie University Health Park combining health and social care under one roof.  At a time of real opportunity in a truly integrated health and care economy, two senior positions have arisen within our high performing leadership team.

We are seeking an outstanding and experienced leader to join our innovative and dynamic Health Board.  As a high performing organisation with a strong financial reputation, this is a challenging but exciting time to join us as a key member of our executive team.  With a passion and vision for driving change, you will work alongside clinicians and senior operational leaders to influence and develop innovative service delivery models for our population within a sustainable financial framework. Recognising the opportunity for continual improvement in the organisation's operational effectiveness you will ensure the finance function works effectively as a partner internally and externally.   As one of ten Directors of Finance in the Welsh Health system this role also offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute at a national level.
