Financial Controller

A  leading  high growth technology search business is actively recruiting a Financial Controller to join the team. As a result of huge investment within the finance infrastructure, this newly created opportunity  has arisen to join their finance team. This is a dynamic, rapidly growing business that is looking for talented individuals to join and be a key member of the finance team  as they continue to build on their strong partnerships alongside invaluable clients.

Reporting into the CFO, with a dotted line to the Group CFO you will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance function and will play a key role in delivering on commercial decisions alongside the General Manager. As well as this, you will take ownership for the strategy for this particular business unit.

Key aspects of the role will include:

• Preparation of management accounts for business unit
• Weekly reporting and performance commentary on KPI's
• Preparation of annual operating plans and quarterly rolling forecasts
• Management of contract governance process and margin analysis for new customer, distribution partner and supplier deals

The ideal profile will be a qualified  accountant with experience within the recruitment industry. This is an entrepreneurial, ambitious business where a commercially astute candidate will thrive.
