Our client is an innovative creative agency backed by venture capital. A Head of Finance is required to support the businesses ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the CEO key responsibilities will include -
- Responsibility for maintaining robust financial controls, systems and processes
- Develop and motivate the existing finance team
- Work with senior management to support with commercial decision making
- Financial reporting and analysis with a keen eye on improving profitability
- Weekly and monthly reporting of key financials and KPIs to key stakeholders
- Resource planning - collating and reporting on data on the company's utilisation targets and staff capacity
- Financial remodelling work and evaluation of new business / revenue streams & proposals
- Overseeing cashflow management
You will be a Qualified Accountant with a track record of improving financial controls and processes in an SME environment. Experience of working for a media agency, consultancy business or in the professional services sector is desirable.
