Corporate Finance Manager/Associate Director

Our client is a National Firm of Chartered Accountants who are looking to go through a considerable period of growth within the lead advisory Corporate Finance team in Birmingham.  They seek to strengthen their team with an experienced Corporate Financier with management level exposure and a strong network of contacts within the Midlands market place.

As well as the responsibility for day to day control of transactions a key part of the role will be working closely with the Directors and Partners on business development, pitching for new deals and generally building networks. You will continue to establish a strong market profile for both yourself and the firm. 

You will get involved in the management of a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, raising finance and general strategic advice.  You will help to mentor your team to complete complex and technically demanding assignments.

The successful individual will be expected to come with some relationships already in the investment community and have the desire to achieve both on an individual and team basis to continue the success of the business.  There is certain room for progression for the right individuals so success will be rewarded.  This is an exciting time to join the business as there are exciting plans in place for the Corporate Finance division and the wider National firm.
