Finance Director

A Finance Director job to support commercial activities in Central London for an emerging house builder delivering projects across London.

Your new company
A residential house builder has already been successful in delivering a large number of projects across London, and with a suitable track record alongside private equity backing feel well placed to continue acquiring new sites and delivering mid-market, multiple unit projects.

Your new role
Working directly with the Managing Director who has a number of other business interests, you will be involved with everything commercial from sourcing and appraising prospective developments through to directly working with investors, presenting to banks and liaising with customers. Working your way through complex financial models, cash flow modelling and comprehensive report writing to be presented all make up large exciting parts of your role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong academic background and sound technical understanding of financial accounting through completing your ACA or ICAS accounting qualification gained within an audit practice. Importantly you will have the entrepreneurial flair to match that of the senior management team and will require an agile skill set deploying your passion for construction and development, knowledge of accounting principles and commercial business acumen.
