Finance Business Partner

Partner Financial are currently working with a leading Media business who are highly acquisitive, and have the strategy in place to ensure they achieve their target. The business has recently gone through a period of growth and change and now require a Finance Business Partner to support the commercial functions, providing the insight required to ensure they achieve their strategic, financial and operational goals. You will be part of a high performing team who use their knowledge and expertise to maintain their competitive advantage. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Business Partner with a multitude of senior stakeholders to provide the insight required that will influence transformation and change initiatives;
• Create and present monthly budgets and forecasts;
• Manage commercial contracts, including negotiation of new spend and compliance;
• Creation and analysis of business cases and financial modelling;
• Analyse and improve the recharge process and ensure subsequent charges are allocated correctly;
• Being a key contributor to the continuous improvement agenda through the provision of analysis and metrics.

The ideal candidate:

• A Qualified Accountant, with extensive experience working in complex, matrix organisations;
• Experienced business partnering with cost functions;
• Proven experience driving and influencing change;
• Experience analysing business cases and investment opportunities;
• Have a natural ability to manage a multitude of senior stakeholders.
