The Black Country Living Museum is looking to continue to strengthen its strategic leadership with appointment to this newly created job. Our ideal candidate will have an accomplished track-record in strategic financial and wider organisational leadership, gained in a market-led organisation of at least a similar size, complexity and entrepreneurial approach, to contribute to growing all areas of the Museum's business.
An understanding of the key HR, administrative and ICT challenges faced by an independent cultural organisation in the charity sector, would be desirable. The successful candidate will join the Museum at a time of considerable growth and capital investment.
