Location: Midlands

Salary: circa £140k-£150k plus 25% bonus plus free equity share

Our Client is a world leading Manufacturer with global reach through its network of subsidiaries and partners, they are the supplier of choice for many national and international organisations.

This manufacturing facility currently has a £40m turnover and now has a new Executive team. One of the remaining posts is a CFO who needs to be energetic, polished, and come from a manufacturing background.

The strategy over the next 4/5 years will be to take the group beyond £120m turnover through acquisition and growth thus quadrupling its current size.

The role is to control a large equity injection and assist in moulding the company as it goes into high growth mode.

The CFO candidate must have the following skill set.

1. Must be chartered
2. Must be from a Manufacturing background.
3. Experience in corporate finance (raising money from Banks & Funders)
4. Must have been the principle on deals and acquisitions
5. Must have had dealings with Shareholders, with quarterly updates and reviews
6. Experienced in debt/equity raising
7. M&A
8. Strong operational environment
9. Change and Project management
