Head of HR Shared Services
I am currently looking for an interim Head of HR Shared Service to support my client on a 6-month contract based in Essex. A strong background in HR service delivery (inc recruitment, HRIS, benefits, HR admin), people management and process improvement is essential.
You will be working in a newly created HRSS team that covers benefits, recruitment, payroll and HR Administration. You will manage a small team of around 10 people and ensure a premium brand experience is delivered to the business within the agreed SLA's and timeframes.
You will also be responsible for building the HR service management capability through development and communication of KPI's and SLA's to the business.
My client is looking for someone to start by 10th July 2017.
