Professional Regulatory RolesOur client is a leading central London law firm with a strong regulatory practice. It seeks a barrister or solicitor with 1-3pqe to join the Regulatory Team (non financial) advising a range of regulators and individuals on Legal services regulation, regulation of accountants, regulation by other non-health regulators such as Chartered Surveyors, public and administrative law, and healthcare regulation. Strong academics are essential and advocacy skills are welcome.
Additionally the firm seeks barristers for secondments to a major client to prepare and present cases before a fitness to practise panel. Can look at part time or full time.
